Disabled Plate

  • You must be a registered and titled owner of a

vehicle to apply for a Disabled Plate or a DV Plate.

  • A letter from the Veteran Administration must

accompany your application for a DV plate.

  • An Disabled Plate or DV plate is assigned to a

registered and titled owner of a vehicle and may ONLY be used by that individual upon exiting or entering that vehicle when parking at HP locations.

Helpful Reminders

  • You are exempt from metered paying when you

properly display your valid placard at a metered parking space on a public way.

  • Placards do not exempt you from paying at a

meter space on Public off-street parking lots.

  • Lock your vehicle and close all windows when

displaying your placard to protect it from theft.
