Communication

Seminar: Energy efficiency european funded projects. Madrid March 29th 2017 Madrid Chamber of Commerce has organized a seminar about european funded projects in energy. The main topic was about energy within the strategy of HORIZON2020 CDTI (Public Spanish Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology) and IDAE (Public Spanish Institute for Energy Efficiency) were the main drivers and moderators of the session, and following 3 projects about energy efficiency were presented. The seminar was addressed to the main key players in energy and energy efficiency, and a total of 47 SMEs, Universities and Technological Centres were attending the session. The goal of the session was to show the different projects under execution in the HORIZON2020 framework, and how the SMEs and other technological centers and universities may benefit from them. AIN (Asociación de la Industria Navarra) was presenting the EE-METAL european funded project (Energy Effciency in the metal industry). AECIM was previously involved in the search of potential events to do this presentation, and finally in the discussions with the organizers of this event to do this presentation; and also in the dissemination of the event to get participants enough

Annex 3: Poland

EE-METAL was presented during "FORUM TERMOMODERNIZACJA 2016" (12.04.2016, Warsaw). It is annual meeting organized by Polish association of energy auditors "ZAE". The main topic concerned energy audits in enterprises, also in SMEs. There were about 140 participants from energy agencies, universities, companies, financial institutions, ministries (e.g. Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction, Ministry of Energy), National Found and Regional Founds for Environmental Protection and Water Management, associations of energy auditors etc. EE-METAL was also presented during Energia InfoDay 2016 "ENERGY AND CONSTRUCTION IN THE HORIZON 2020 PROGRAM" in Łódź (26.09.2016). This event was organized by Regional Contact Point for Research Programmes of the European Union, National Contact Point for Research Programmes of the European Union, ASM - Market Research and Analysis Centre and Pro-Akademia Research and Innovation Centre. Our project was presented in a part of meeting called "Dlaczego my?" as an example of winning project from the Łódzkie Region in the field of energy in H2020. There were about 40 participants.
