• January 7th: Application Question Day

○ Commissioner of Pep Rallies and Announcements Meeting

• Applications Due: January 9th by 1:47pm
• Interviews: 1/27 to 1/30

○ Times and dates will be sent out by email, so make sure you have a personal that you check regularly

• On 2/14, you will receive a phone call regarding the outcome

What do commissioners do?

• Work under a specific executive
• There is always something to do- (not

a homework class)

• Will be in ASB Tri3-Tri1-Tri2 (Must

have a class to drop, ASB is 3rd period)

• Being in ASB is all about being SPIRITED!
• You are the leaders of the campus and

sometimes people don’t agree with leadership (the ability to have thick skin when ASB gets feedback)

• Be willing to help with other committees when

you aren’t actively working on something

What do commissioners do? (continued)

Requirements:

GPA of at least 2.5 from trimester 1 grades No Unsatisfactory marks or F’s on 1st trimester Report Card

Application & Assignment

• BOTH are required to apply to ASB
• Please don’t take the packets on your tables

Commissioner applicants are scored on the following categories. Positions will be

• ffered to those with the top overall scores.
• Interview
• Application
• Assignment
• Teacher Recommendation
• Attendance

Expectations & Grading

• If accepted you will be required to sign a social

contract for your inside of class and outside of school behavior

• Part of your grade includes participating in outside
• f school hours and work

Other Information

• ASB is a class, therefore we are limited on how many

people we accept

• All applications are due to the ASB room by the end of

lunch (1:47pm) on January 9th. No exceptions!
