Unitary parts and prototypes are manufactured in small or medium sizes series, up to 100.000 units per year. Always meeting the quality specifications requested by our customers. Accurate machining and machining of complex 3D areas thanks to CAD-CAM software of the-state-of-the-art as could be MasterCAM X5 y AlphaCAM.

The workshop has been equipped with a new machine that increases its capabilities. It is a 5 axis Mazak with floating head and a 3 meters table. This machine allows the company to accomplish the machining of designs in 5 axes simultaneously. This fact places Hermanos Alfaro on the cutting edge of the machining sector. Moreover, Hermanos Alfaro disposes of the following machines:  1 CN milling center MAZAK. 5 axis and rotatory table. This machine

versatility and performance, the rotatory table makes available full simultaneous five-axis machining of complex features and contours for further enhance productivity  2 CN milling Lagunof fixed bedplate. 4 meters table suitable for pieces up to 10

Welding department with highly skilled workers, equipped with modern MIG, TIG and wire welding equipment.

We are experienced in both stainless steel and aluminum welding, and also special building-up by welding in general, such as hard and ceramic coatings. Special attention is paid to coating of spindles and endless screws with special building-up to add durability.

Recovery of all kind of parts by welding for subsequent bushing, grinding

Theses processes of recovering allows to be prolong the life cycle of high value products that do not have spare parts at a reasonable price as could be:
