1908 1908

Lahti Precision’s former parent company Lahden Rauta- ja Metalliteollisuustehdas Oy was founded (Raute Oyj).

1914

Production of hand and table scales for domestic and shop use began.

1943

The scales division was incorporated under the name Lahden Vaaka Oy and moved to own manufacturing premises.

1960s

Deliveries of weighing stations for process industry, including glass and building materials started. First dry-mix plant deliveries.

1970s

First AAC and Dry Mix Plants were delivered.

1980s

Lahden Vaaka Oy changed its name to Raute Punnitus ja Automaatio (1988 Raute Precision)

1990s

International expansion started. In 1992, international sales accounted for approx. 20% of total sales.

2004

Eqvitec Partners and the management acquired Raute Precision Oy from Raute Oyj in an MBO (2006 Lahti Precision Oy).

2009

The Company acquired new dry-mix mixing technology.

2010

Verdane Capital’s fund acquired Eqvitec Partners’ shares in the Company.

2012

The Company acquired new glass mixing technology. In 2012, international sales accounted for approx. 80% of total sales.
