Focus 4 - Issues

  • Open for 12 months. 46/100 sites are open.
  • Not all Level 3 sites are open. This is a priority with the

Trial Centre

  • Training on electronic data has been an issue, delaying

set up at sites.

  • Capacity issues at the TC which are currently being

addressed.

  • Sites are finding the CT schedule very tight, which leads

to patients being excluded.

10

slide-11
SLIDE 11

cont

  • Trial management team are looking at the platelet count

inc/ex re evidence. There may be a possibility that this may be amended.

  • Changing site study Level - Site level was determined by

the information sites submitted to the TC. If a site does not agree with their Level (of treatment) this can be discussed with the TC and levels can be changed but there needs to be dialogue between site and TC.
