$475 Million authorization for capital projects that protect water quality,
restore fish and wildlife habitat, improve access to nature
Additional diversity, equity and inclusion consultation, emphasis
Beaver Creek and Sandy River are focus areas
Includes “Major capital restoration projects including, but not limited to, removal or replacement of culverts and dams on fish- bearing streams; restoration of native plant communities and opportunities to bring nature back into urban areas”
