▪ Stephano Integrated Services Ltd (SISL) Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) is the continuation of the charity activities initially commenced under the administration of Steph Piotti Foundation, SPF (www.stephfoundation.com), operating from Year 2014 till December 2018. ▪ Both SISL and SPF were founded by an Italian/Nigerian, Dr. (AMBP) Stefano Piotti, a Philanthropist and Humanitarian who is based in Port Harcourt Nigeria. ▪ SPF was set-up as a result of the Founder’s love for people coupled with his aim of reaching out to the less privileged irrespective of age, tribe or gender in Nigeria. ▪ Steph Piotti Foundation fully committed to offering more chances to lives was fully incorporated under Corporate Affairs Commission CAC/IT/No/74944 in the Year 2015. ▪ For further information please visit Website: http://www.stephfoundation.com Historical Background

▪ Audited by one of the Leading Audit Firm in Nigeria, Delloite & Touche since year 2016 for the sake of Transparency till the migration of the Foundation activities into SISL CSR. ▪ In order to avoid double management expenses, Steph Foundation shifted all her charity activities to SISL under the arm of her CSR Programme (January 1, 2019). ▪ Currently, no general or management expenses are charged to CSR programmes, therefore, any contributions result into direct charity activities. ▪ Currently the Executive Director and CEO of Stephano Integrated Services Ltd and Business Development consultant for Morpol Engineering Company, Lagos Nigeria. ▪ He has Dual Nationality; Italian and Nigerian. ▪ Married with Two (2) Children. ▪ Knight of Honor of the Italian Republic since 1995. ▪ He was awarded the UN-Polac Peace Ambassador in the Year 2018. ▪ A Business Admin Degree Holder (The Yoker International University Reg No. L442). ▪ A Member of Rotary Club- Uyo Metropolitan. ▪ Has Over 35 Years working Experience in the Contracting, Energy, Oil and Gas Process Industry. ▪ Has International Exposure in Europe, Africa and Middle East. ▪ He has the Love of People in his heart.

NGN131, 348, 962.80 equivalent to 364, 858.23 USD spent between the year 2015 to 2018 for charitable initiatives.

  • 98% of donations were made by Dr. Stefano Piotti while the remaining 2% was sourced

from few other Donors and Charity Box.

The present

  • Approximately, amount Spent so far by SISL on CSR from January 2019 till December

2019 is NGN51, 817, 742.46 equivalent to 143, 938.17 USD .

  • Due to lack of external donors, above amount has been internally provided.
