MISSION: TO BE A WINNER – IN LIFE, IN RACING, IN NASCAR. A big call for a teenager from a small rural town of 1400 people in Australia, but now in his early 20’s and embedded in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, Bronson Butcher is taking a big swing at it. This document provides an insight to the journey thus far, future plans, and shows the opportunities that sponsors and partners have to promote their brand, product and message, into increasingly complex markets.

Born June 14th, 1993 Hometown Holbrook, NSW, Australia (central to Sydney and Melbourne) Currently living Huntersville, North Carolina, USA Education 1999-2005 Primary school at St Patrick’s Holbrook, where he was awarded; top academic for his last year 2006-2011 Trinity College of Albury, NSW. Achieving good results in Physics, Advance Maths, Design and technology, and Business. Also sports captain and represented the school in swimming and running, including racing cross country at state level. Family Julian (Dad), Susan (Mum) and Hope (sister) Interests Fitness. Have competed in triathlon and endurance bike rides. Basketball, music, modifying cars, time with friends.

  • Currently employed at GMS Racing as interior specialist,

and at the track is tyre specialist and wheel changer. GMS run cars in the ARCA series plus Spencer Gallagher, Joey Coulter and Max Gresham in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

  • Is racing, and winning in Karts – dirt speedway and

road course Legend cars – asphalt speedway and dirt speedway And plans to race the extremely competitive Late Model class in 2015. He aims to hone his skills in this class then progress through the K & N series and NASCAR trucks. He is also keen to utilise his skills in the engineering, business and management aspects of motorsports.

Started competing in karts as an 8 year old and by 2004 was winning many a podium in regional events,

  • n road course, dirt and

speedway. Moved up to junior karts. ˚ Placed 3rd in state speedway titles. ˚ Had first racing trip to the US, highlight being a victory at Arizona Karting Association Speedway. Increased sponsorship enabled racing of the high powered Junior Rotax class Victory at City of Wodonga Titles, Riverina Cup and final of NSW Southern Zone series. Junior champion NSW state speedway title. ˚ Competed in “Legend” cars

  • n NASCAR sanctioned

asphalt speedways in Las Vegas, USA, with Spencer Clark Development Team, and in Los Angeles with TEI Motorsport. ˚ Victory at the City of Wodonga kart titles ˚ Held 2 lap records at Albury Wodonga kart track. Spent 10 weeks in the US with the Spencer Clark Development Team, and competed in 11 races

  • f the “legend” cars at

the “Bullring “ asphalt speedway, Las Vegas, including outright victory in the development class on his 16th birthday. Bronson’s parents did not attend this trip due to time and financial constraints. Further racing in Legend cars in the US, this trip including “The Bullring” Las Vegas, Toyota Speedway, Los Angeles, Spring Mountain Road Course, Las Vegas, and Infineon Raceway, San Francisco. Achieved several Semi Pro class wins and podiums. Also spent 2 days testing an S2 Late Model racecar in Los Angeles with High Point Racing and worked with the pit crew on an HPR late model car on race night. ˚ Worked closely with the teams to maintain and set up the race cars ˚ Purchased race prepared Ford Falcon sedan and practiced at Winton Motor raceway and Wakefield Park, both in Australia. Completed senior year at high school with excellent results in Physics, Advance Maths, Design and technology, and Business. Developed and raced V8 Ford Falcon sedan in Improved Production in Australia. Visited North Carolina USA to prepare for relocation there, including being introduced to teams and

Management International. Relocated to Mooresville North Carolina USA and commenced work with GMS Racing. Attended Performance Pit Crew training program. Raced road course karts. Competed in Legend World titles in Las Vegas. Role developed with GMS Racing, attending ARCA and NASCAR events around USA most weekends. Raced 8 rounds in the #23 Allegiant Air legend car in the Summer Shoot Out Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Raced several events in his

  • wn dirt speedway kart.

2nd in DNQ kart series. 1st in Sunoco kart series. 1st in DNQ dirt race at Millbridge Speedway. Over the wall pit crew work in ARCA and Nascar truck series.
