  • Non-Recurring Maintenance (NRM) Construction

 Facilities submit NRM projects during the SCIP process  VA Central Office prioritizes and selects projects based on criteria such as safety, security, major planning initiatives, increasing access, etc.  Project types: infrastructure improvements, renovate clinic space, improve parking lots and roads  FY 2019, VA Central Office approved $317.1M in NRM projects
