Procedures for Day 1 & 2

Parents will see your child to the school gates

• f your choice (Main gate or Side gate 12) from

6.50 am onwards



There will be teachers on duty along the pathway to guide your child to the assembly area

COMING TO SCHOOL 2017

 Primary 6 Student Buddies will be attached to the Primary 1 students during recess for the first 3 days

RECESS TIME, Day 1 to 3

 Recess with your child at 9.00am  Parent engagement session at 9.45am  P1 dismissal at the hall at 1.15pm

DAY 1: PROGRAMME FOR PARENTS

 Fetch your child at 1.15 pm on 3rd Jan and 12.45 pm on 4th Jan from the school hall  Bring the dismissal pass  Parents are only allowed in school for dismissal on day 1 & day 2 DISMISSAL ON 3 & 4 JANUARY ONLY

Week 1 Procedures

 From 5 January (Thurs) onwards

 P1 students will be dismissed at the void deck of Block 451 via Gate 12.  Parents /Guardians are only allowed to fetch their children after the students have reached their designated dismissal point and not before.  Parents/Guardians are to refrain from fetching their children at Gate 12 as this will cause a blockage and slow down the dismissal process.  Parents/Guardians will be able to identify the class coming out of the gate as the teacher will be holding a class label.  Please be patient
