The company has been established in march 2001 based in Bulgaria’s capital city - Sofia From its beginning until now it has changed both its name and ownership several times:

• 2001 - 2007 the shares of the company were split between the German

company "Meggle" and the Lebanese company "MJ Pack" in ratio 50:50%;

• 2007 - 2008 "MJ Pack" acquired the full 100% ownership and renamed and re-

branded it into “My Day”;

• In 2008 г. "My Day" is turned into a part of the global group of “Codap” when

the Italian company "Co.Da.P Cola Diary Products Spa" acquired 60% of its shares;

• In 2009 “My Day" officially changes its name to "CODAP" when a full 100%
• wnership was acquired from "Co.Da.P Cola Diary Products Spa“
• In 2015 “Codap” was acquired by two major investment funds and changes its

name to “Cremio” JSC.

• Thanks to its history, the company being a part of Meggle and

Codap , acquired both the know-how and the ability to produce both the unique tasty Italian products as well as the , the more stable German

• recipes. This fact presents to “Cremio” to answer all possible customers’

and markets’ needs.

a very competitable logistic prices all the Balkan countries;

• The company has an unique production abilities and port-folio for

all the Eastern-European region.

• Nowadays “Cremio” sales are more than 60% made in the export

markets and we have a customer network in more than 20 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.
