QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION

  • 1. Community ownership
  • What community ownership option – what “ownership” does the community want?
  • Ownership of the land via a community-based entity that is TBD?

  • 2. Ownership as part of governance
  • What organization or entity (existing or to be created) should be the recipient and administrator of the

ticket fee fund?

  • Who should be on the community working group which will control community programming? What

skill sets should be prioritized?

provided?

  • What management company will control the funds?
  • 4. Design
  • As we begin a design process, is the advisory group the best way to facilitate community input on

design? What skill sets should be prioritized?
