General objectives for the Incident (4216/4217) 1. Ensure safety and security of all assigned Commonwealth and Federal personnel in all locations. 2. Deliver a successful and inclusive Individual Assistance Program to eligible survivors through Housing Assistance and Other Needs Assistance programs to whole of community. 3. Deliver a successful Joint Public Assistance Program with one standard in accordance with a Joint FEMA/Commonwealth approved timeline to include 406 Mitigation and Environmental and Historical Preservation. 5. Provide Disaster Survivors with timely, effective and accessible information and disaster assistance. 6. Provide Hazard Mitigation and technical support to the Commonwealth as required to identify and evaluate effective hazard mitigation strategies. 7. Provide timely, effective and accessible unified messaging to disaster survivors, affected communities and public officials as required. 9. Establish one Disaster Recovery Center by Friday May 15, 2015. 10. Joint Preliminary Damage Assessments in additional counties affected during the incident periods identified by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
