Committees Before/After Care To fully support our diverse student body, to create a rich Email: beforeaftercarecommittee@harveymilk.com learning environment, and to maintain our focus on civil rights Main Function: — the PFC needs your help! This committee will partner with YMCA to ensure program details are effectively communicated to the broader community, and that parents/staff have a communication channel back to Please consider joining a PFC Committee YMCA. The committee will also work with YMCA to identify new enrichment programs, and ensure current programs meet the needs of the school. Our nine committees are presented in alphabetical order. Help us engage the school's supporters Desired Skill Sets: through inspirational emails, flyers, and social media, ● Grant Writers, development/fundraising experts promote class contests, write thank-you letters, and ● Graphics Designer, Writers, Artists keep the community updated on our fundraising ● Photographers, Videographers progress. The Annual Giving Campaign runs from ● Social Media, Marketing, Digital Marketers, Bloggers, September through December. Website Designers, Programmers ● Read-a-Thon , fundraiser and event to encourage ● Administrative - stapling, collating, organizing, printing reading among our school's students. ● Swag Design/Sales ● Drag Show , evening event that raises funds and increases school presence in community.
