Electronic Signature Directive 1999/93/EC Article 3.5 3.5 The Commission may, in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 9, establish and publish reference numbers of generally recognised standards for electronic-signature products in the Official Journal of the European Communities . Member States shall presume that there is compliance with the requirements laid down in Annex II, point (f), and Annex III when an electronic signature product meets those standards.   3. Commission decision 14/7/2003 OJ EU L 175/45 15/7/2003 THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1. Reference numbers of generally recognised standards for electronic signature products are laid down in the Annex. Article 2. The Commission shall review the operation of this Decision within two years from the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and report to the Committee established under Article 9(1) of Directive 1999/93/EC.
