Taking attendance during Assembly

• 1. Chairmen to take Class Registry from General Office before heading

for Assembly

• 2. Chairmen to mark attendance during time allocated
• 3. Chairmen to return class registry to General Office before First Period

& inform FTs about attendance of class (whatsapp if you do not see her/him)

IN THE CASE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO TAKE ATTENDANCE DURING ASSEMBLY:

• 1. Chairmen to take Class Registry back to class after assembly and mark

attendance

• 2. Chairmen to return Class Registry before 8.45(first period)
• 3. Inform FTs about attendance of class

IN THE CASE IF A CLASSMATE IS LATE AND DID NOT ATTEND ASSEMBLY:

• Report to FTs about the classmate
• FTs would report to Discipline Comm

Class Tee Design Competition (CTDC)

• Design should be done by now
