Stakeholder/On-Line Survey Trends
- 1. Concern that an actual or perceived lack of parking could inhibit
further infill of existing buildings or new development
- 2. Several business owners have had issues in their interactions with
the BPA, related to how the BPA communicates changes to the system or operation
- 3. Patrons of the businesses and restaurants in the northside
downtown prefer not to park in the parking garages for a variety
- f reasons
- 4. Parking is too expensive; some think that meter rates are too
expensive for customers and others think monthly rates are too expensive for employees/business owners

the parking lots on Mechanic Street to be paid, hourly parking instead of all permit parking

about what will happen if/when Lehigh University develops its existing surface lots and the Sands develop their parking lots
