were Chinook salmon

  • We talked to over 2,000 people about salmon and

the Chena River at our outreach events

Lower species diversity in 2012 (9 species in 2011, 7 in 2012) More fish caught in 2012 (825 in 2011, 1,511 in 2012) More Chinook salmon (3x more) because of Moose Creek Dam site

  • Working on “data series” so others can use data
  • Applying for Yukon River Panel Research &

Management Grant to continue the project next year but won’t know if awarded until March
