Recent restructure

• Parking & Alternative Transportation Services was represented on the CSC

when it was a direct report to the AVP of Campus Life.

• Recent restructuring, so Parking & Alternative Transportation Services now

reports to the Chief of Police.

• Consider the amended document for approval

Air Travel Offset Policy

○ All state-funded travel will be carbon neutral or 100% offset by 2022

Air Travel Offset Policy: Discussion

• Additions

○ If donors object to paying the air travel fee, the fee will be paid by the University. Per personal communication with VP of University Advancement, William Johnson, on June 20, 2019. ○ Financial Services responsible for enforcement. ○ Fund clarification from Finance Department.
