The beginning……….. In 2006, two events happened: • West Point outreach office opened February 2006. • Mark Twain/St Joseph’s Hospital offered space in 3 clinics if interested in Eligibility Outreach

Over the next two years, six “Outstations” were opened in our rural communities.

West Point • Co-located with Blue Mountain Community Service Center.

Other Outreach Services • In addition we are “On Call” for the Mark Twain Hospital and Behavioral Health. • We set up an outreach table at the Senior Center in Murphy’s, Angels Camp and San Andreas and rotate each site monthly.

We did Cal Fresh presentations to many different agencies including: • The Resource Connection - Food bank • Hospice • Job Connection • Public Health • Behavioral Health • Head Start • Murphys Senior Center • Library Staff in San Andreas
