Why we are most suitable for India

  • Most of old power plant may not have ATCS and if

installed may not be working efficiently. If used CQM ATCS, increase in efficiency and saving in terms of revenue.

  • We can customize our system to fit in your existing

system.

  • We fit in Make in India programme of Govt. of India –

Have full fledged manufacturing unit in Pune, India.

  • Backed by efficient R&D team in Israel and excellent

service team in India.

SRCT-LS - Large scale (NCT) Non Chemical

Treatment system for cooling towers water treatment in Power Plants

slide-25
SLIDE 25
  • In all Thermal power plants water is used for steam generation as

well as cooling media for different circuits.

  • Maintaining clean and desired quality of water is very important in

the power plants as the source of water is river, underground or sea.

  • The desired quality of water is achieved in power plants traditionally

by treating the water with various types of chemicals, which are hazardous and causes environmental issues.

  • SRCT is online treatment of cooling tower water absolutely without

use of any chemicals and the results achieved by this method are better than the chemicals used traditionally.

  • Best part of this technology is that it is green technology, we are not

using any chemicals for the treatment of water. SRCT maintains 100% water disinfection, no bacteria and prevents growth of algae in power plant water circuits.

slide-26
SLIDE 26

New Technology from CQM

  • For the past 10 years CQM have installed more then 800

SRCT (non chemical electrolysis system) for small to medium size cooling towers.

  • The technology replace any use of chemicals in the

treatment of cooling tower water.

  • The New SRCT - LS (large Scale) is a new concept and

design based on the above proven product design to meet the challenges of very large scale cooling towers in power stations and refinery.

  • First mid size (4500m3h / 20,000GPM) was successfully run
  • ver past two years in Auxiliary cooling tower in a power

station belong to ZEG Group in China.

  • Based on successful results over two year period ZEG

Group has purchased from CQM in 2014 an SRCT - LS for the treatment of 2 X 600MW cooling tower project estimate at $4M, two cooling towers of 70,000 m3h/ 320,000GPM each.
