IEEE MGA requires sections to operate within the MGA Operations Manual Guidelines so that Sections do not need By-Laws; thus CTS By-Laws are no longer in effect.
However, sections may request exceptions to the MGA Operations Manual.
To operate with exceptions, a section must submit a request via a new document called an Addendum. Its then submitted to Region Director for approval.
Additionally, the Section is allowed to create an
procedures for internal section/chapter operations.
