Objective : To Motivate Young Engineers, Professionals, Researchers To Promote Innovative Ideas. To Support Creativity among Young Engineers. Basically in line with Objective of IIW – India in developing Welding and related technology in our country. Target Group : IIW Members Researchers Academicians Professionals Students Representation : By Forming a Team Corporates Institutions Research / Educational Institutions

RULES OF THE CONTEST
Team : 2/3 Members Age Limit : Not more than 35 years Mode of Presentation : Written & Oral Written : Text between 3,000 - 4,000 Words with Exhibits, Charts, Diagrams

- Synopsis : 500 words
- Should be a table of contents
- List of references
- 5 copies to be submitted

- Written presentation to carry 35% weightage of the total score
- Elimination of teams will be done at respective branches.
- A committee under the leadership of the Branch Chairman. If
necessary, outside experts can also be nominated for evaluation. HOW TO FIND RESOURCES OF PRIZE MONEY ? By sponsorship from corporates Annual expenses will be Rs. 1 lakh In case large business house/corporate is interested, a tenure of 5 years will be given to the corporates to name the Award The Award / Trophy will be named as :-
