• For timely disclosure of market relevant and potentially price influencing

information

• Trustworthy by m arket actors
• Participants: DERA, Energinet.dk (TSO), Nord Pool Gas and Upstream

companies (Maersk Oil and Gas, DONG, DONG E&P, Nordsøfonden and Shell partly)

• Voluntary participation
• The platform went live in October 2012

Phase II

• Im prove the platform
• Market actors evaluate phase I after 6 months, and any amandent of the

platform will be incorporated

• Extend the Upstream Transparency Project to:
• Storage
• Shippers
• Mandatory platform
• DERA expect to make the joint web platform mandatory for the market actors
• n the Danish wholesale market in 2013
