How would we proceed?

• Identify 20 -25 early buyers /shareholders with $20,000 Escrow deposit
• Buy the land / develop it and initially build 15 to 20 Homes
• Sell these homes and use the funds to construct another

20 to 30 homes and the Club house.

• Sell the homes and use the funds to construct the rest and

complete the project Strategy

• Initial Capital will be raised from early buyers / shareholders
• They may come in different stages during Land purchase,

Development and Construction.

• 50% Profit sharing with the shareholders
• Accounts will be transparent and audited
• Prefer early buyers / shareholders over bank loans even at later stages

• No liability for SH other than their capital as class A, B and C shareholders
• All assets will be held in the name of the company of shareholders
• This may be immune to the recession as this is retirement homes project

• 2015: Land is under contract / Inspection period
• 2016: Close it by April & Start development
• 2017: Construction starts by March and first lot / 10

25 to 20 homes may be ready by December

• 2018: Construction starts for the next 40 homes
• 2019: Complete the remainder of the homes.
