Th N th C li A&T St t U i it B d The North Carolina A&T State University Band Advisory Board is composed of people with a genuine interest in the University Band Program genuine interest in the University Band Program and have a desire to see it do well. The Advisory Board members serve as a sounding board, offering g , g ideas and expertise and giving honest advice regarding all aspects of the band program.   • Please be respectful in language and appearance

Chaperone Briefing / Training

  • A review of the trip rules so the chaperones are thoroughly familiar with them. The rules will be

firmly supported by every chaperone on the trip.

  • A review of the expectations for chaperone behavior on the school trip. Chaperone’s must be on

time for activities, stay with their student group at all times, and be a good role model. Each h ll h chaperone will sign a Chaperon Agreement Form.

  • A review of the trip itinerary emphasizing the learning experiences and tips for creating a

memorable tour.

  • A review of the types of problems that can arise on a school trip emphasizing which ones
