On our visit to this farm in Argentina we had the opportunity to learn about their crop production. Here they extensively followed no tillage practices to maintain the land fertile soil which was 5.5% organic matter. They also raised beef entirely on grass.
This dairy with 550 head of Holstein- Jersey cross cattle produced their milk by only feeding forages following management systems from New Zealand.
