Suddenly, the colourful blocks, the cat and visual environment have gone. Some children might not have the typing/spelling skills to take on python. Some teachers might not have the required training to teach Computer Science (yet) Python can be frustrating with all the errors etc, this can cause kids to loose interest quickly
