Health Insurance • Must have Health Insurance with coverage - $50,000 for each incident with less than $500 deductible - at least 75% of hospital and physician costs - cost of Medical Evacuation and Repatriation of Remains • Premium is about $100 for 6-8 weeks VISA • Apply for Student’s VISA with I-20 issued by UC Berkeley • Cannot use Tourist’s VISA • Must let me know if you will be exchange students in the USA right after Summer 2017 Flight Reservation • Group Flight--same departure flight to be determined for each session • Airport Transportation--provided only for group flights • Housing Check-in

  6. Registration Process • To be discussed at the next meeting in January 2017 for interested students • Rangsit: January 25, (Wednesday): 4:30-5:30 pm. • Taprachan: January 26, (Thursday): : 4:30-5:30 pm. Ground Rules! • Students are responsible to follow deadlines-- otherwise you risk failure to enroll for classes and/or reserve housing • Students agree to use email as the formal communication channel • Students pay an Administration Fees of 9,500 bahts.
