Establish infrastructure for intranet and test the quality of the communication lines and the local solutions provided to the municipalities by US Aid

Software will be adjusted to fulfill the standards and layouts chosen by the MOIM for document production

Train all instructors of MOIM enabling them to provide the necessary training for municipality employees
