It will be duly accomplished by each teacher after the training and will be returned to the Supplier. THE SUPPLIER SHALL DISTRIBUTE A TRAINING CHECKLIST THAT WILL BE PROVIDED BY TECHNICAL SUPPORT

  • THE SUPPLIER SHOULD HAVE A HOTLINE NUMBER AND AT LEAST (3) CELLPHONE

NUMBERS WITH DIFFERENT SUBSCRIBERS FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES.

  • THE SUPPLIER MUST SUBMIT A MONTHLY REPORT IN SOFT AND HARD COPY OF ALL THE

COMPLAINTS THEY RECEIVED FROM THE RECEIPIENT SCHOOLS INCLUDING THE ACTION TAKEN BY THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM AND THEIR LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDERS UNTIL THE DURATION OF WARRANTY PERIOD. OTHERS: DEPED SHALL PROVIDE STICKERS AND WILL BE PASTED BY THE WINNING BIDDERS/SUPPLIERS TO THE DIFFERENT ITEMS.
