The company employs an integrated Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Protection Management System which is also certified against the requirements of international standards ISO 900 9001:2008 008 (Quality Management), ISO 1400 14001:200 2004 (Environmental Management) and QHS QHSAS 18001 001:2007 007 (Occupational Health & Safety Management). Assodivers is also a contractor member of the Remote Systems & ROV Divition of International Maritime Contractor Association (IMCA) and member of the Achi chilles global provider of intergrated supplier management and supply chain solutions.

Our Company Timeline

We are still growing..

1976: Company foundation in Piraeus 2001: ASDG first Multi purpose support

vessel Argo re-upgrade was completed.

2010:

ASDG builds its first specially designed Cable Laying Barge Atalanti.

2015:

ASDG acquires its first Construction Support Vessel Aethra.

2017:

ASDG acquires its second Construction Support Vessel, which it further enhances the Group’s capacity and capabilities in the field of subsea cable installation.

2008: ASDG fully converts its second Multi Purpose

Support Vessel Astrea.

2013: ASDG acquires AHTS Artemis. 2016: ASDG invests in 26,150 square meters land to

build a new all-in-one center in the seafront.

2018: New All-in-one operations offices,

R&D and Maintenance center in Elefsis (under construction).

Cable Repairs

Post Installation support in cable repairs projects.

Working together with most of the cable manufacturers, cable repairs have been carried out abroad and in most of the Greek island power and optical links. The company with its 40 years of experience in the underwater cable repairs field, has the necessary equipment and the experienced personnel to successfully perform such operations.

Our Fleet ASDG Fleet

The vessels the company normally utilizes in the project execution are managed by an affiliated specialist company, Assodivers Marine Services Ltd. And are manned on a rotational basis by circa 110 Greek seaman including certified DP operators. Assodivers Marine Services Ltd. Is a Contractor Member of the Marine Division of IMCA and holds Documents of Compliance to the International Safety Management (ISM) code by the Greek and Cypriot Flag Administrators.
