“What is the Arrive-n-Ride Program?”
A New Innovation in Racing Support
- KR4 Arrive-n-Ride is a unique motorcycle racing business in that we are an Arrive-n-Ride contracted service "Race
Team“ competing in the Grand National Cross Country Series (GNCC). The GNCC series is considered to be “America's Premier Off-Road Racing Series” and is made up of 13 rounds in a single season.
- What we do:
- Carry the bike to and from each race
- Prep the bike between the races
- Support the rider at the races
- 3 Primary Benefits: Preparation – Time - Money
- The rider can ride/train right up to the day before the event
- Save travel time/days getting to and from the races
- Save money on the cost of getting to the races plus cost of competing at the races
- Our amatuer program is made up of Youth, Women, A, B, and C level riders - who want to get to the pro level. We help
the rider live out their dreams and help cut some of the burden and high cost of racing.
- The Pro Team consists of two fully supported riders.
- The amatuer team serves as a feeder to pro teams, i.e. ours or a competitors.

Tori Molnar Social Media Coach Tori provides guidance and oversight of KR4 team members including riders and sponsor’s image in the revolution called “Social Media.” This crucial facet of the KR4 AnR program is covered in more detail later in this presentation.
Marketing: Impressions
“Impressions” is a powerful word in contemporary marketing. It is said to describe a single instance of an online advertisement being displayed. For the purpose of this marketing presentation we are going to remove “online” from that sentence and say that an impression is, “a single instance of an advertisement being displayed.” However, this definition may be an
- ver-simplification, as there is no standard way to count impressions. All of the differences
can add up to very large discrepancies, yet people make purchases based on impression every day, vis-à-vis sponsor contributions to create impressions. The impression that leads to a purchase can include but is not limited to internet, TV, print, over-the-road trailers, radiator shroud on a dirt bike, or even a rider’s jersey. KR4 can provide all of these mediums (media) to you the sponsor of our team. What we are not going to do is blow smoke with arbitrary numbers on impressions. KR4’s marketing approach is as unique as our AnR concept. It is foregone that our sponsors’ logos and products are going to be on the internet, TV, print, over-the-road trailer, radiator shroud on the KR4 bikes and rider jerseys. We are also not going to prevaricate, which is, “to avoid telling the truth by not directly answering the question”, because we know we can’t - i.e. accurately quantify those impressions any better than the experts can. The statistics for those mediums are common knowledge and we are sure you already have those – possibly from another marketing proposal submitted by another race team or rider. However, make no mistake, KR4 will generate impressions for our sponsors. Our quantifiable offering is again unique for impressions to the buying public and is based on the revolutionary frenzy of contemporary advertising. Please see the next page.

Social Media / Public Relations Best Practices Certificate
KR4 athletes are extensively trained on traditional public relations etiquette along with social media best practices. Athletes must know how to use social media responsibly. Though social media use comes with risks, especially for high-profile users like athletes, it does not mean that they should not use it – it just means that athletes should be educated on how to use social media.
- Promote your sponsors
- Be smart and think before you post
- Be 100% genuine, but not 100% candid
- Don’t over share
- Remember who you represent
- Don’t get baited into fights over the internet
- Accept responsibility
- Be educated on the medium
- Remember your audience
- Refrain from profanity, R-rated subjects, and
politically/highly charged issues
- Understand the consequences
- Promote your sponsors
Marketing: Impressions
KR4 will embark on an extensive social media marketing campaign with Tori Molnar ‘s guidance.
Tori Molnar is the President and CEO of Utoria, LLC, which she founded. Utoria.com is a successful creative company that assists and educates young women in becoming entrepreneurs and/or business women, sponsors with small businesses to give them brand exposure through the direct sales model, and allows young women a fun way to make money while building
- communities. Tori travels all over the country to speak about her experiences as a teen
- entrepreneur. Rodger Molnar, Tori’s biological father, was a very outgoing Pennsylvania motocross
racer having gone to Loretta Lynn’s from “87 to “90 - unfortunately Rodger passed away when Tori was very young. This motivates her along with her friendship with Karlynn Beam, one of the KR4 team riders, to bring her virtual mensa level input to the social media activities of KR4 riders. Tori will head up the KR4 social media / public relations best practices certificated program.
