Although Desert Gold Ventures Inc. believes that the expectations expressed in such forward – looking statements are based on reasonable assumptions, such statements should not in any way be construed as guarantees of future performance. Factors that could cause developments to differ materially from those expressed include exploration results; technical analysis; and lack of availability to the company of necessary capital to progress its projects further. The company is subject to specific risks inherent in the mineral exploration business and general economic and business conditions.

  4. Mali, West Africa • Mali is Africa’s third largest gold producing country. ❖ Annual gold production in 2017 was 46.9 million tonnes ~1. 51million oz Au • Major producers in-country: ❖ Randgold, Anglo Gold Ashanti, B2Gold, Hummingbird, Resolute, Wassoul Or and Endeavour Mining • >35 million oz Au of reserves. Recent new discoveries made. Highly prospective and underexplored. • Desert Gold controls 3 large exploration permits in the two most significant gold belts in Mali. ❖ Farabantourou ❖ Segala West ❖ Djimbala

  5. Western Gold Belt of Mali • Gold mineralization in Western Mali is related to the Senegal Mali Shear Zone (“SMSZ”). • Desert Gold holds two properties directly on and proximal to the SMSZ: ❖ Farabantourou and Segala West • Given the regional endowment potential and prelimerary exloration results, Desert Gold is targeting 1 to 6 million oz Au. • Major deposits in close proximity to Farabantourou and Segala West on the SMSZ: ❖ Yatela: 3.5 Moz ❖ Sadiola: 8.1 Moz ❖ Loulo: 9.8 Moz ❖ Gounkoto: 4.4 Moz ❖ Tabakoto & Segala: 3.3 Moz ❖ Fekola: 6 Moz

  6. Farabantourou Project, West Mali 122km 2 Project spans the SMSZ • ❖ SMSZ related to 30m + oz Au of production and Au reserves. • Significant drill results including 6.28 g/t Au over 13 meters. OPEN! • 7 known gold zones ❖ Hosted by limestones, sediments, intermediate volcanics and felsic intrusions. ❖ Mineralization style mimics that of the nearby sulphide- replacement altered, limestone- hosted Sadiola and Yatela deposits that are host to more than 8 million ounces of gold. • Additional Upside ❖ 43 gold in soil anomalies >200 ppb Au with nil to minimal evaluation in this highly prospective environment. • Follow up work ❖ Drilling to expand known zones ❖ Follow up on compelling soil geochemical anomalies to delineate additional drill targets.

  7. Segala West Project, West Mali The permit is 68km 2 and proximal • to the SMSZ. • 7 large artisanal mining zones exist within a 24km 2 geochemical soil anomaly. • The anomaly is located between 6 million oz Au Loulo mine and the 3 million oz Au Tabakoto mine. • The property contains 310 gold in soil anomalies >200 ppb with a high of 10,000 ppb. All require follow up. • First past exploration completed in spring 2018. ❖ Combined geological mapping, grab sampling followed up with small drill program combining RC and DD. • Most holes encountered mineralization with best results of 5.35 g/t Au over 5m, 3.21 g/t Au over 4m, 7.13 g Au over 1m, 7.16 g/t Au over 1m and 0.92 g/t Au over 22m.

  8. Southern Gold Belt of Mali Hummingbird Komana East &West Gold Mines Desert Gold’s Djimbala Project

  9. Djimbala Project, Southern Mali • Large 125km 2 permit located in Southern Mali Samples collected to be with major artisanal mining presence and no assayed Q4 2018 previous drilling. • Adjacent and proximal to several large mines and Goldfields deposits including: drilling: ❖ Hummingbird’s Komana mine complex 5m @6.11 g/t Au with a 1.8 million oz Au resource 3m @12.65 g/t Au ❖ Endeavour’s Kalana Deposit with 2 million 6m @4.75 g/t Au 6m @3.13 g/t Au oz Au reserves 3m @5.53 g/t Au ❖ Wassoul Or’s Kodieran mine operating at 11,000 tons per day • Small soil sampling program completed in 2013 with significant gold anomalies discovered. ❖ 20 >100 ppb Au ❖ Highest values of 22,600 ppb Au • Second phase of soils collected with assay results to come out in Q4 2018. 4 km • Follow up work ❖ Soil sampling program over remaining permit ❖ Surficial geological mapping of property and artisanal zones ❖ Follow up on compelling soil anomalies to delineate initial drill targets

  10. Summary • Targeting 1 – 6 million ounce gold deposits in western and southern Mali • 3 project areas: ❖ Farabantourou ➢ SMSZ target with strong mineralization discovered demonstrating significant upside ➢ Encountering similar geology to nearby 8 million oz Au Sadiola/Yatela mines ➢ 7 known gold zones with minimal exploration to date ➢ Compelling soil anomalies to follow up with 43 >200 ppb Au ❖ Segala West ➢ Adjacent to Tabakoto mine which is near end of life and requires feed ➢ Property sits between Randgold’s 9.8 million oz Au Loulo mine and the 3 million oz Au Tabakoto mine ➢ A large 24km 2 geochemical soil anomaly exists on the permit ➢ 310 soil anomalies >200 ppb Au ➢ First pass exploration encountered mineralization in most holes with significant follow up required ❖ Djimbala ➢ Adjacent to new Hummingbird Mine ➢ Major artisanal presence on property ➢ Initial soil sampling program shows strong results with 20 samples >100 ppb ➢ Additional surface exploration to be completed to delineate first drill targets
