ABOUT US In operation since 2005, first as FEST Engineering s.r.o., now FEST Engineering Ltd. , was originally founded as an engineering and advisory service company providing technical analysis, design and construction of piping systems, pressure vessels and steel structures. Due to extended growth and demand, we have expanded internationally with offices in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany and UK. We offer services as a subcontractor , as well as the execution of complete projects . Thanks to our participation in international projects we have extensive experience in the fi eld of piping system analysis. We use the latest methods and technologies and adjust them to the customer's requirements. We mainly participate in projects related to the construction of conventional and nuclear power plants, biomass handling systems, waste to power systems, as well as steel works and facilities for Chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical industries. With Over 27 000 man-hours capacity, our permanent staff are highly qualified professionals with long-term experience in design, construction and analysis of pipelines, steel structures and pressure vessels. Since February 2008, we have been working in accordance with ISO 9001 certificate by TÜV SÜD. 3

STRESS ANALYSIS OF PIPING SYSTEMS • LINEAR AND NON-LINER STATIC ANALYSIS • DYNAMIC ANALYSIS LIKE EARTHQUAKE AND WATER HAMMER AND MODAL ANALYSIS • ANALYSIS OF UNDERGROUND PIPING SYSTEMS We provide stress analysis for pipelines above ground and underground. For analysis and calculation, we use ROHR2, CAESAR II or according to the customer´s individual needs, specific software as e.g. PIPESTRESS. Where it is not possible to calculate analysis with using of a wire frame model, we use fi nite elements method in FEMAP, SCIA, RFEM or additional module ROHR2fesu. It offers opportunity of a multitude of analysis types – static, dynamic (first - order, second-order theory for linear or non-linear boundary conditions). Complex analysis consists of: • Strength analysis of pipelines • Optimization of piping systems (safe • Calculation of allowable stress of operation and cost minimization) • Preparation and calculation of piping systems and associated structures isometrics and program outputs • Nozzle load of associated devices • Calculation report (also as provable and equipment documentation) • Fatigue analysis • Thermal expansion, deformation, • Flange joints analysis deflection and flexibility of piping • Concept of expansion joints, • Nozzle analysis dampers and shock absorbers 6

We use VVD calculation for Analytic calculation. For FEM calculations, we use software FEMAP with NX Nastran, or ANSYS. DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF PRESSURE VESSELS, SILOS, AIR DUCTS AND CHIMNEYS  Dimensioning and design  Creation of 3D models  Preparation of manufacturing documentation  Specification and instructions for transport and manipulation  Calculation of anchorage loads and stability We provide customized documentation. Complete documentation can consist of:  General arrangement drawings  Detail workshop drawings  Inspection drawings  Assembly and transportation drawings and drafts Standard part of documentation including parts list, MTO and specification of material. We use Inventor software for preparation of smart 3D model which can be further used as a reference model integrated to a general model of an investment unit to indicate potential collisions or relevant revisions a nd modifications in different 3D software. In cooperation with manufacturer, we can prepare weld specification sheet and non-destructive weld test, guidelines and instructions for operation and maintenance. We design reactors, heat exchangers, storage tanks, single and double shell with mixing system. The documentation is also provable for authorization by the Notified Body and is in compliance with the PED or also ASME U-Stamp . 9
