NON-REGULATORY AIRPORT SECURITY GUARD SERVICES SCOPE OF WORK Staffing Requirement: • Current contractor employees retention period: 90 days • Maintain min. 50% full-time employees • Contingency plan for additional cleared and badged security guard resources • New Post: written notice within 24 hours – 5 calendar days • Unplanned/Emergency Post: staffing up to 15 officers within 3 hours • Emergency Response Team (ERT): Min. 15 officers • Valid driver license (for driving position) • General Manager Qualification: Min. 1 year in the last 2 consecutive years at a government-regulated or commercial facility with 60 or fewer security guards. Must posses or obtain within 12 months: A.C.E. designation for Security Must complete FEMA-sponsored training course – 45 days after contract award
