ACM Eboard Elections are HERE!
Eligibility ● Wanna be on our Eboard? Here’s what you gotta do: Be an undergraduate student ○ Come to at least half of the General Meetings ○ This semester, that is six meetings , including the Election meeting ■ We have a list of those who are able, so we can check if you’re eligible or not ■ Have someone nominate you (nominations taken at the NEXT meeting) ○ Have someone second that nomination ■

SIG Master THE MASTER OF SIGS Some Responsibilities Facilitate creation of SIG ● SIG Leader/E-board liaison ● Update SIG Calendar ● Popularize SIGs (HighlanderHub, Newsletter) ● Update SIG slides ●
Graphic Designer A R T Any graphic stuff that needs to be done, is done. ~ Pretty chill and you don’t have to Be an amazing artist!
Webmaster “I’m the website guy who does stuff with the website(s)” Webmaster woo Play around with njit.acm.org / keep it updated ● Also hacknjit.org when the time comes around ○ ○ * Bonus points for creating and implementing new designs Be really cool and help out your eboard homies
Public Relations relations, but publicly 1. Make Events 2. Gather Up Volunteers 3. Work with the Secretary and Graphic Designer 4. Market/Advertise the club 5. Post on Social Media Platforms 6. Represent the Club 7. Listen to the People!
Secretary Creates emails on behalf of the ● Association Sponsorship Emails ○ ACM Newsletter ○ Hackathon related emails ○ Sets up Meeting Notes ● Keeps Meetings on track ● Generally helps with organizing ● things
Treasurer ● Creates the ACM budget for the year ● Helps identify and buy useful things for the club (food, couch,computers etc)
Vice President ● Act as a right-hand person to the President ● Run the Tutoring Center ● Be a Hearthstone addict (optional, but recommended)
President ● Oversee all other Eboard members Delegate tasks as-needed ○ Offer advice and guidance where necessary ○ ● Run the weekly General Body and Eboard Meetings ● Meet regularly with YWCC administrators ● Act as a point of contact for ACM and HackNJIT ● Use Nano, Main Kirby
