ACM Eboard Elections are HERE!

Eligibility

• Wanna be on our Eboard? Here’s what you gotta do:

○ Be an undergraduate student ○ Come to at least half of the General Meetings

■ This semester, that is six meetings, including the Election meeting ■ We have a list of those who are able, so we can check if you’re eligible or not

○ Have someone nominate you (nominations taken at the NEXT meeting)

■ Have someone second that nomination

Positions available are as follows

• President
• Vice President

• Public Relations

• Graphic Designer
• SIG Master

• Facilitate creation of SIG
• SIG Leader/E-board liaison
• Update SIG Calendar
• Popularize SIGs (HighlanderHub, Newsletter)
• Update SIG slides

A R T Any graphic stuff that needs to be done, is done. ~ Pretty chill and you don’t have to Be an amazing artist!

Webmaster

• Play around with njit.acm.org / keep it updated

○ Also hacknjit.org when the time comes around ○ * Bonus points for creating and implementing new designs

• Helps identify and buy useful things for the club

Vice President

• Act as a right-hand person to the President
• Run the Tutoring Center
• Be a Hearthstone addict

• Oversee all other Eboard members

○ Delegate tasks as-needed ○ Offer advice and guidance where necessary

• Run the weekly General Body and Eboard Meetings
• Meet regularly with YWCC administrators
• Act as a point of contact for ACM and HackNJIT
• Use Nano, Main Kirby
