Project goal was to build single, central ODS database with data delivered in real-time from all banking systems. All workload for providing operational reports are moved to new ODS database. New bank e-services are being build on top of ODS database. Every operation that takes place in source transactional systems is immediately replicated and transformed to new structure of ODS database.

The project goal was to build new data layer for the CRM system which needs to access cross platform data with lowest possible delay. Databases are too slow to deliver data instantly, so data layer was build on a farm of servers that created so-called Memory DataGrid (Oracle Coherence) Such architecture requires technology to deliver data in real-time from all heterogonous transactional systems to Oracle Coherence DataGrid – Oracle GoldenGate is able to do that.

Significant simplification of processes obtaining client data. Information is always available in one central repository – data refreshed in 2 sec Consolidation of several dozen different Oracle databases, MS SQL Server, IBM DB2, Informix (various versions, operating systems, hardware platforms) The CRM application cache is build on top of Oracle Coherence – all data is kept in the memory, no database access DataGrid cache provides object replication on its own (distributed hashing) The average response time for query is 1sec, minimal query time is 0,2 sec!!!
