Zanni’s Bakery

  • Zanni, the ingenious everyman from the countryside, was the

most popular of all the characters in 16th century Commedia Dell’Arte theatre.

  • Constantly starving and with all his actions driven by hunger,

Zanni’s madcap and carnivalesque vision of the world was one where everything and anything was potentially edible.

  • At our bakery we produce food to satisfy even Zanni’s hunger.
