▪ Carefully manage resourcing with employees and contractors to meet anticipated demand ▪ Proactively manage workload to complete tickets in time ▪ When damages occur we make sure they are investigated to understand if lessons we can learn for future ▪ Benchmark ourselves against other companies to identify areas for improvement
