January 30, 2019 8. April 15, 2019 – City Manager determined that antenna was too expensive; decided to proceed – Training date and site connection without antenna 4. February 25,2019 – Notified that the City has not yet scheduled start-up date 5. March 3, 2019 – Staff schedule meeting with new City Manager and San Gabriel Valley Water Co.
