To Register with IRS e-Services https://la1.www4.irs.gov/e-services/Registration/index.htm

At least two people from each district must register for e-services. Personal information on the form is validated by the IRS; therefore, it must be accurate.

Once you have confirmed your registration, you can apply for the TCC code. Access the application page with this link and select Application. https://la2.www4.irs.gov/PORTAL-PROD/psp/CRM/CUSTOMER/CRM/h/?tab=DEFAULT After you applied for e-service, the IRS will mail you a confirmation code via the USPS. Once you receive your confirmation code, go back to the registration page and select the Confirm Registration link.

Now you want to apply for whatever service(s) that you need. Use the Application link to get this: And then choose ACA Application for TCC which will take you here and you can choose START.

Enter the information for your district’s Responsible Official. Each district must have at least

Enter the second person that registered for e-services as the new contact. Each district will need a minimum of 2 contacts for the district – the person completing the TCC code and the new contact. Both people must be registered for e-services.

The IRS will send the district’s TCC code via USPS. The TCC code for the district will be set to test
