DOE Advance Payment Change

• DOE has changed the non-Federal WFO and CRADA advance

payment requirement from 90 days to 60 days.

• Policy Change revised the DOE Accounting Handbook in February

2012.

• LBNL OCFO is assessing the impact of the change on bridge

funding and discussing how best to implement.
