Priority Axes in different moments and according to different modalities;

Second call for proposals - topics

Specific Objective 2.1 Promote the sustainable valorization and preservation of natural and cultural heritage as growth assets in the ADRION area Topic 1 - Preserve, capitalize and innovate cultural and natural heritage Topic 2 - Monitor, evaluate and mitigate environmental and social pressure for and by tourism Topic 3 - Develop sustainable tourism by reducing pollutant agents Specific Objective 2.2 Enhance the capacity in transnationally tackling environmental vulnerability, fragmentation and the safeguarding of ecosystem services in the ADRION area Topic 1 - Implement research and evaluation activities to protect and manage terrestrial and maritime landscapes and habitats including awareness raising and environmental education Topic 2 - Manage and prevent pollution diffusion Topic 3 - Manage and prevent natural and manmade hazards Priority Axis 2 – Sustainable region Limited number of compulsory topics – maximum two within the same Specific Objective can be chosen

Second call for proposals – revised administrative and eligibility rules

• Reduced administrative requirements;
• eMS alerts and warnings to reduce errors while drafting the project

proposal.

• More project and partnership eligibility requirements to increase project

quality and partners’ commitment (e.g.: limitation to the participation of partners in project proposals);

• If 2 partners are excluded from the project proposal, the project proposal

shall be excluded.

Second call for proposals – participation in projects

• It cannot be lead partner in more than 1 project proposal per Specific

Objective;

• It cannot be project partner in more than 2 project proposals if it also

applies as a lead partner in the same Specific Objective;

• It can be project partner in no more than 3 project proposals per Specific

Objective if it does not apply as lead partner in the same Specific Objective. The respect of these requirements cannot be checked by eMS during the project submission and will be verified by the Joint Secretariat during administrative and eligibility checks. Partners must ensure coordination within their structures and fair approach towards their partners. The same public institution cannot be involved in more than six project proposals: The same private institution cannot be involved in more than one project proposal per Specific Objective.
