Includes the regional COG/MPO Transportation Improvement Programs (TIPs) and ADOT’s Five Year Transportation Facilities Construction Program Compiled annually and is approved for a four year period Multi‐year, fiscally constrained statewide multimodal program of federally funded transportation projects Projects must be in the STIP to be eligible for federal funding
