• Conduct project presentations with target LGU, Municipality of Alubijid
• Establish partnership with the Municipality of Alubijid
• Promote the CELLs Objectives and its Case Studies program of activities
• 3. OUTPUT OF THE ACTIVITY:
• Initial commitment from the Mayor Hon. Emmanuel Jamis, Municipality of

Alubijid for partnership with Mindanao CELLs

• 4. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ACTIVITY
• Project presentation was conducted to the Municipal Mayor of Alubijid,

Mayor Emmanuel Jamis.

• The team was able to discuss the details of the project and the areas

wherein the Municipality and the project could be of partner

• Initially, the Mayor was okay with the project concept but he expressed that

he still needs to study it further. He suggested that the project will be presented to the Sangguniang Bayan for the legality of the partnership. MindaCELLs Team with Mayor Hon. Emmanuel Jamis of Municipality of Alubijid

Issues/ challenges Recommendations/ agreements Approval from the Sangguniang Bayan to engage with MindaCELLs Project Letter to request for Project Presentation to the Sangguniang must be sent; the team will be awaiting for the schedule of the presentation.

• Send letter to the Municipality for the request for Project Presentation
• Prepare draft of Memorandum of Understanding
• Prepare the program of activities for Case Studies Component direction in the
