  7. Investments in Member Health – Designed Wellness By invitation only- most advanced wellness program. Employees and spouses can earn up to $400 in incentives. Firm must administer a premium differential based on participation. Enhanced wellness program with additional features and up to $300 in incentives for employees and spouses. Firms can sign-up to participate at this higher level at their medical renewal. Core wellness program that all ACEC Life/Health Trust member firms are automatically enrolled in. All Trust member firms are automatically enrolled in the Basic Plan. The Life/Health Trust would like to assist your firm in moving to the more advanced program options over time.

Investments in Member Health – Designed Telehealth All member firms have access to two different products: HealthiestYou • Telehealth solution owned by Teledoc • Phone call solution Virtual Visits • Embedded UnitedHealthcare program • Face-to-face visit via telephone or computer  Both solutions provide quick turn around times and increase employee productivity by not have to wait for a doctor.  70% of consults result in a prescription for medication 8
