1998 – I inaugurate and launch an important laboratory of confectionery and gastronomy, starting my career as general manager for events and banqueting, especially for wedding branch. 2009 – Start managing the food and beverage department in the Luxury Hotel “Castello Chiola” in Loreto Aprutino (Abruzzo, Italy), being able to immediately triple the number of events, gala dinners and weddings. 2013 – Assume the Hotel Mercure Roma West management of Food & Beverage department in the Restaurant De Gustibus, to improve performances and tune its development to the goals of the entire
