One big plan for health and social care across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland 5 year plan Make sure people have the right support at the right time and by the right people Support for Carers Good quality services Make sure we are spending money well Use the same services as everyone else and get a good service

Services and support in Leicester that mean people do not have to move far from home Better Support for Carers including getting a break from caring Good quality services and support at a fair price Making sure peoples needs are met and they are supported to do the things they want to do Joint working with Children's Services to help families and young people prepare for adulthood

Making sure people get the right support quickly if there is an emergency or crisis People with learning disabilities are supported to stay independent for as long as they can People with learning disabilities are supported at the right time in the best place to give that support
